how meditation changed my life

It’s no secret that I have struggled with sleep for years. This is what I started with back in January. It was the end of my senior year of college at that point and I was very busy with schoolwork and just didn’t make time to meditate.

By day four, my sleep patterns started improving. Society’s expectations frequently are not what’s best for me, and I suspect the same is true for you. There have been so many incredible ways in which meditation changed my life as a mum trying to have it all, and so today I wanted to share just how powerful it has been for me.

If you have been at this level, trust me, from personal experience, my Hong Sau was kriya itself. The thoughts that I put in the ball are not allowed back into my brain.
