I am very impressed and the sushi looks so yummy. Maki is simply a sushi roll with fish or veggies, and rice, rolled in seaweed. Cover until ready to use. BOMB!!!!!
Your rolls don’t have to be perfect. But if you’re making it at home, you can pretty much use any kind of rice. lol you got great ideas and your website is nice. My friend Wendi Kelly is one such person. Chill until ready to use and set aside the shiitakes until you're ready to roll.
