Our sauce here usually isn’t very thick, it’s a bit more saucy when we use 3 cans of coconut milk. I can tell you that Thai Kitchen green curry is not as spicy as Mae Poy or Maseri. However, it is MUCH, much spicier than the one I used in this recipe (Thai Kitchen). We haven’t tested this out in the freezer, but we think this would work well.
