My wife is also a big fan of white pizza and one of the reasons I developed the recipe to begin with. My ex taught me to make “white sauce” by mixing ranch dressing with ricotta!
Honestly, they are all good. Really glad you liked it. You can reheat a piece in the oven for a few minutes though and it comes back to life in no time. White pizza is typically made of anything that is...white. I hope you agree.

I don’t know a great substitute for chipotle. That way it will reheat and be the perfect temp as the pizza cooks. I think the fresh tomatoes help cut through that, but also sliced peppers and mushrooms are a classic white pizza topping. Why can’t we just get through one holiday at a time. All their pies are excellent, but in my opinion their version of white pizza is their best. I have no idea if you can find something like that in the Philippines, but I would just use a local spicy hot sauce. It is now my go to. This reminds me of a brick oven pizza restaurant we had here many years ago that was so good but went out of business for some strange reason.

My pizza stone bit the dust so I just used my cast iron skillet to bake these guys. If you prefer a super crispy crust try baking the crust for 4-5 minutes before adding your topping. :), My family in Southern Italy make an amazing pizza during the autumn and winter months. Just a few minutes and you have a creamy pizza sauce ready to be used or stored for later! :). If you’re in the Philippines, I would use a local hot sauce… not Tabasco and make it your own.
